The Square Pastry Ring Mold can be used for cakes, entremets, mousses, ice creams, tartares and much more. Made in Canada from sturdy 304 stainless steel, it is rigid and will keep its shape over the years.

The Square Ring Mould can be used to bake and to assemble your cakes. We offer it in a large variety of dimensions; from 2" (5cm) to 24" (61cm). Custom dimensions are also available, contact us for a quote.
