The Octagon Stainless Steel Ring Mould comes in a large variety of sizes and heights. Perfect to make cakes, entremets, mousses, ice creams, tartares and much more, it is made in Canada from sturdy 304 stainless steel, it is rigid and will stay perfectly shaped over the years.

The Octagon Ring Mold can be used to bake and to assemble your cakes. We offer it in sizes from 2 3/4" (7cm) to 10 1/2" (26.5cm). Custom dimensions are also available, contact us for a quote.
