The 2.5" Rectangle Ring Mold can be used to bake and to assemble your cakes. We offer it in a large variety of dimensions; from 2" (5cm) to 18" (46cm).
Made in Canada from sturdy 304 Stainless Steel, it is rigid, food safe and will keep its shape over the years. The Rectangle Ring Mold can be used for cakes, entremets, mousses, ice creams, tartares and much more.
