The Chocolate Spray Cabinet allows to paint your creations or to spray the inside of your molds while protecting your workshop. With its powerful suction system and its walls protecting from drafts, the cocoa butter pulverized in the space will be immediately driven outside the working area. The chocolate cabin is also ideal to grease molds, apply oil, liqueurs and other products, spray chocolate and colored cocoa butter.
Incorporating a non-cumbersome sliding door and 4 sturdy swiveling wheels (2 with brakes), a washable and reusable filter, and 1 or 2 motors for ventilation, this spray cabinet is a nice additional for confectionery and bakery professionals.
